High-quality plastic shell compact design. Reserve the oxygen battery interface, which can increase the oxygen concentration monitoring. The concentration and flow rate are separately adjustable. Adjustable oxygen concentration 21-100%. Adjustable gas flow 0-20L.

1. Flow meter: For indication of flow rate of mixed gas.
2. Flow regulating knob: For adjustment of mixed gas output flow within the range of 2-20LPM.
3. Flow-variable mixed gas outlet: For output of mixed gas at fixed flow rate of 2-20LMP.
4. Oxygen concentration regulating knob: For adjustment of oxygen ration in mixed gas within the range of 21%-100%
5. Air inlet connector: NIST connector for connection of air supply.
6. Oxygen inlet connector: NIST connector for connection of oxygen supply.
7. Main unit bracket: For fixing and removal of main unit.
8. Air source differential pressure alarm: When the pressure difference between the two sources (air and oxygen) exceeds 0.2 Mpa, the ventilation system should generate an alarm. The alarm will be muted when the gas pressure returns to normal.
9. Mixed Gas High Flow Output Port: Used for high flow of mixed gas output
10. Mixed gas outlet: Mixed gas output port, adjustable flow.

Equipment Description:

Intended Purpose:

Medical-purpose air-oxygen mixed is intended to integrate with oxygen tube for monitoring and regulation of oxygen concentration in air-oxygen mixture during oxygen supply to patient.

This product performs control on medical-purpose high-pressure oxygen and air through air circuit modules to make stable supply at a certain flow rate and oxygen concentration, In full consideration of necessity of different oxygen concentrations in clinical applications, regulation of oxygen concentration by this product avoids adverse effects of long-time use of pure oxygen on body.

Product Construction:

This product consists of main unit, (double gas pressure equilibrium valves, main air-oxygen control module, air source differential pressure alarm module), connector and flow meter.

Functions:

The main unit of the air-oxygen mixer will accurately mix air and oxygen at the ratio as preset and control output of mixed gas. To ensure patient’s two air sources exceeds 0.2Mpa.

Operation Instructions:

Setting of Output Flow and Oxygen Concentration

• Setting of Output flow: As indicated on the flow regulating knob, turn it counterclockwise to increase flow or clockwise to decrease flow. Output flow value will be indicated on flow or meter. The reading aligned with the top end of buoy is current output flow value.
• Setting of oxygen concentration: As indicated on the concentration regulating know, turn it counterclockwise to increase concentration or clockwise to decrease concentration. The reading aligned with the top-end floating marker is current output oxygen concentration value.
