• Enhances lung capacity and respiratory strength.

• Supports a faster and healthier recovery.

Steps for Operation:

1. Open the package and remove out the breathing exercise device. Take the inhale tubing with the mouthpiece from the handle. Extend the inhale tubing to the required length. Connect the open end of the tubing into the designated hole on the device. Slide the green marker to the volume (in milliliters) prescribed by your doctor.

2. Before starting the exercise, completely exhale all the air from your lungs. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and hold it firmly between your lips to prevent air from flowing out during inhalation.

3. Inhale slowly and deeply with the device held in a vertical position. Keep the flow-indicator ball in the happy-face position as you inhale. Inhale as deeply as possible. Once you can’t inhale any further, hold your breath for a few seconds. Check how high the piston reached, and try to meet your prescribed target level. Repeat the procedure the number of times recommended by your doctor. Record your progress on the User Record Sheet.

4. For hygiene purposes, wash the mouthpiece before and after each use. Store the mouthpiece in the designated slot when not in use. Return the exerciser to its original packaging until the next use.
